i really need some motivation! i was doing so well. i find when i am stressed i just eat any thing thats bad π

Good morning. using my fitness to try to keep me accountable for my intake I am overweight and a diabetic. I have been loosing weight slowly and don't want to see the scale go up anymore. so positive vibes to keep on track.0
