Fearing the scale...

For some reason, after last week's weigh in at -4lbs, I'm terrified to get on the scale this week. I don't know why, but I just feel like I've gained it all back. I've stayed on track, except one beer filled day, and I've been active. I have no logical reason to feel this way, but it's just on my mind and I'm dreading my weigh in.

Does anyone else get this way? Should I just skip the scale this week? Someone please tell me what to do...

If you're stressed about it, skip it. I check everyday and it goes up and down like a yoyo day to day, the key is the downward trend in the long term.

I weigh everyday. If I don't I can feel my weight getting out of control. The daily feedback is very important to me. But it is a personal choice on your relationship with the scale.
