I have been on my weight loss journey for exactly one year today. I have lost/maintained 40 pounds and now feel that I need to step up my game. I would like to incorporate more exercise without going to a gym. I do have a treadmill, an elliptical and a recumbent bike along with some hand weights and an exercise ball at home. I would greatly appreciate having someone in my corner to help me get me moving in the right direction.

Happy One Year! That is an incredible accomplishment. I have been yo-yoing for a couple of years after being "big-boned" and having "baby fat" for most of my 35 years. I'm 5'1, I don't think my bones are THAT big lol. I don't go to a gym either, I walk everyday, whether it's inside the multi-purpose building here at work or outside. We have everything you could imagine to lift weights with at home, it's just actually using them that's the problem. I need some motivation and accountability, too. I always do better when I have that extra push.1
