For the past 3 weeks I have been on a 1500 daily calorie limit, exercise 5 days weekly and drink lots of water. I lost a few pounds and then gained it back and have lost no more. Any ideas?
You aren't logging or correctly logging everything, or you are over estimating calories burns are usually the culprits. And then you have to do things daily over months to track actual results instead of some normal weekly fluctuations.1 -
3 weeks is still early days. but to help with giving more appropriate advice, more information is needed.
- where di you get the 1500 calorie limit?
- what are your stats (height, gender, weight, amount you want to loose)
- do you use a food scale to weight most-all foods
