I am Aaron. New to the site. I have been competing in power lifting and strongman competitions for many years but now I am 45 years old and been a diabetic for 25 years. I competed at a weight of 260-280 pounds but due to many health issues in the past 3 years I was forced to stop lifting heavy and competing. Now I am on the road to a healthier lifestyle which means lower body fat and weight along with a strict diet. I am down to about 255 now and hit a plateau. So I recently changed the diet and training. It will nice to get to know some of you and have some fitness folks to talk to and discuss diet and training tips.
