Hello! I had began my journey on July 29th of this year, I had weighed 169lbs. Within about a month, I had lost 20lbs. I am now stuck at the 150lbs mark. Just this week I have been walking over 3 miles a day while eating 1,200 calories AND intermittent fasting. I eat healthy with the occasional cheat snack. I drink tons of water, even intorduced some squats, push ups and lunges, other stuff. I feel alot better, but still no weight lost. Am I expecting too much too quickly? Any feedback would be great!

What are your stats? How much are you looking to lose? Are you using a food scale accurately and using good database entries?0

20 pounds is a lot of weight loss for someone who weighed your original weight. To lose in just 30 days.
So yes your asking a lot of your body if you want to keep losing at that rate.
Read myfitness sticky ppst for what a jealthy weight loss is and the guide lines to getting there.
