Good morning, I am new to all if this but I wanted to say hello. I am as single mom of 3 and trying to drop about 45 pounds. I want to start 2019 off right and I hope this is the start of it. I go to the gym regularly already but I am not seeing results. So I hope that with some changes to my current plan I will get there!
