- Has your finding been independently verified? A link to a peer-reviewed study of your scrolling would be nice.

At least Keto is diet/health related.
Surely there are hookup discussion boards more suited than MFP.

I scroll past lots of threads on here and often whole sections ( like games) without even opening to see what threads are in there.
But can't expect everything to be interesting to everyone.2 -

Swiping is faster than scrolling. It may burn fewer calories though, less resistance and all...
If keto were sustainable for me I might have....nah, nevermind. I have a serious love affair going on with carbs right now...1 -

I mean I'll stop when it's in the context of someone talking about treating epilepsy with, among other things, a ketogenic diet. I've never seen that here though.2

Nice. A really warm and informayive thread for people who are using keto.

They haven't deleted it because it is only a minority who are eating keto but they are threatening to take over the boards with sheer volume of threads. Most people don't want to eat keto OR read about it and this is a safe place to vent.
I have eliminated most of the scrolling by only following 5 sections: Food and Nutrition, Fitness and Exercise, Motivation and Support, General Health, Fitness, and Diet, and Recipes. When I click on "Recent Discussions" these are the only ones that come up8 -
And when i see these drama types of threads, i just lock them and move on.
That is all.12
