    Pink, I love her!

Ariana Grande (even though I am not a fan of her music, she has a very strong voice)

Kelly clarkson (I have her first CD, her voice is amazing!)

Adele (very strong deep raspy voice, I absolutely love it)

Bridgit Mendler (yes, from disney channel, but whenever she sings acoustically she sounds very unique and quirky lol So much better than auto-tune)

As a female, Cristina Scabbia or Tarja Turunen.

As a dude, Michael Bolton, Josh Groban or Save Mustaine.

Jesus I'm all over the place.

I third Florence Welch and Kelly Clarkson. Love them both. I'm also adding Sara Bareilles to the list - that girl can just reach right into your chest and rip your heart out with her voice.

Minnie Ripperton (The one who hits the high note on "Loving You") or Mariah Carey. Like back in the day Mariah Carey. "Vision of Love" Mariah Carey. I've always wanted to hit that high note, and I can't do it to save my life!

Laura Branigan! Wouldn't use it all the time but would be amazing to have that power in reserve. I was maybe 4 when Gloria came out, made me want to dance, remember feeling curious about what i could gather from the strange & sad story in the song.

or Luba (Canadian singer, also big in the 80s. Feeling nostalgic!)
