Bathe in the blood of virgins.

    It's worked for me, anyway.

    Phew! I’m safe.

There's a sliding scale, I'll take my chances

I will share with you, today and today only, a list of superfoods that specifically target the anti-aging processes of the human body.

Colostrum - the fresher, the better. Develop a rapport with the local bovine community and ask politely for 'the stuff'.

Acai Bowls - they import this stuff from the Amazon and look at how long the Amazon rainforest has been alive. Think about that, bro.

Cilantro - people say it tastes like soap but soap is what cleans our skin. So why not do that to the inside of our body too! (I'm either a genius or really damn dumb.)

Water - spring, alkaline, mineral, Flint... doesn't matter, just drink it.

Topanga - because every list deserves a Topanga from Boy Meets World shout-out.

Btw, I'm 78 years old. This regimen works.

Contouring and good lighting. Collagen peptides and the blood of vrigi...oh wait, it's been said already.

You would know how to stay young if that statement about your age is correct at all. Which I'm still skeptical 😜

Can’t stop the ageing but you can learn to live well. Being old and sick at the same time sucks.

    Stay active.

Eat moderately and eat a variety of foods.

Meditate and keep a gratefulness journal. Be kind. Laugh a lot.

Keep the best traditions from your childhood, fully appreciate every moment as that’s all you’ve got, and make plans.

The most important promises to keep are the ones you give yourself.

    Seems fairly apt:

This is it: this body is home. This is where I live and hang my hat. This is where I settle into my hips and sit easy in myself, slung together with strong muscles and bones, made gentle and forging with flesh. This body is durable, has lasted for years, hunkered down through fierce storms and allows for the peaceful erosions of age. It is like a cottage on the shore: weathered and well made, a place where a person could comfortably live. I like it here. It is my own.

    Don't know the author though.
