Should I Reduce calories on a lazy day?

I’m having a ridiculously lazy day today, chilling on the couch watching tv and just doing house chores. Should I drop my calories/activity level to not very active just for the day?

    Just stay within your caloric intake goal?

    In terms of weight loss, it would make zero difference in your results if you did.

    But, I will also add, if it's one day, it's probably not going to matter. If it happens often, that's a different story.
