Intermittent fasting and keto

Started yesterday after an all inclusive vacation. Doing 20 hours of fasting with a keto diet. Hope to see results fast

Well, just keep in mind that, you may lose initial water weight right away (which is what you'll probably see reflected on the scale but not necessarily fat. I know you want to see results quickly, but please try to be patient. Weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint, especially dependent on how much you are looking to lose.

Also, be sure to take a read at the stickies at the top of the forum. They can be very helpful!

Do you want fast or do you want sustainable? Because you can't have both. And with with that big of a fasting period it sounds more like OMAD than IF.
