Hi! I used this app about 4 years ago, but didn’t really use it much but managed to lose a good stone or just under. Not sure how. 😂
But now I really want to start taking this seriously, I need to stop eating 5 packets of quavers 1 after the other.
Has anyone got an good nutrition tips for complete beginners? I’ve just invested in one of those spinning machines (WHAT THE HELL IS IT CALLED, INDOOR BIKE?!) so hopefully that’ll help because I absolute hate the gym 😂
Throw your best tips at me. I’m all ears

Use a food scale. Weigh everything, and log it all religiously. No skipping, cheating, or forgetting.0
