Calisthenics Routine?

So I'm off on holiday to Florence with the family soon as we do every year. We will be staying in an apartment but I will have no access to a gym or any weights. We will be walking around a lot but I'm a little concerned about muscle and not burning enough calorries through gentle walking and stuffing my face.
Does anyone know a really good (preferably quick too) calisthenics routine I can just do in the apartment? Or any other advice.
Before anyone tells me to chill and take a break, I'm awake serveral hourse before my family and I'll be bored half to death. Exercising to me is relaxing so you'd really be helping me out

3 rounds, 1 minute per exercise (15 min workout): Abs
-toe touches
-russian twists
-plank
-side plank (30 sec each side)
-crazy ivans
3 rounds, 1 minute per exercise (15 min workout): Butt
-hip lifts
-crossback lunge
-split jumps
-side lunge with rotation
-modified side plank w/ leg lift
Both of these are super effective and can be done with or without weights, Im always sore the next day!0 -
I do this four times a week:
Five minute warm up (I usually jump rope but you could do jumping jacks)
1 minute pushups / burpees / body builders (Vary your pushups with different widths, put your feet on the bed, etc)
1 minute abs / planks
1 minute squats or lunges
No rest in between exercises, repeat that cycle four times then take a one minute break, then do it all over again. Trick is to go to your max on each exercise, do absolutely as many as you can and do not stop whatsoever during that minute, then only rest long enough to transition from one exercise to the next. 29 minutes and you're done, and if you do it right you're literally and figuratively done.0 -
Do you have any resistance bands?..... these are great for travel. You can do rows, presses, squats, lunges, etc

If you will have access to a DVD player (region may be an issue) ....Cathe (Friedrich) made a DVD program just for travel.
