Starting journey 20th time!!

Over the years I start often and even lose weight but along the way I fall off and stop. I kind of don’t even want to say the routine I’m starting this journey....so I’m gonna say this time around I will choose to always continue the next day even if mess up. So let’s all do this one day at a time!!!

    Hi!! My best advice if you have fallen that many times. Don't dive in. Treat it like cold water. One step at a time.
    1st week...Just log what you have been doing
    2nd week...Cut out something
    3rd week...Add something in exercise
    and so on. It will shock you how fast you will lose and you will also see that you don't feel deprived :)
