Hey everyone! I’m 21 and currently weigh 180lbs and am 5ft 3. My goal is to get down to 160lbs by May 18 for my wedding! Throughout highschool I was never a “fit” person and lost quite a bit of weight at the beginning of college. But as some of us know I put on “relationship weight” and just want to look how I want in my wedding dress. I am not someone who is good at self discipline and wanted to start my journey with all of you! Please comment your fitness journey and any struggles or personal victories with your journey!

Hi there! Congrats on getting married - that is so exciting! I’m 22, 5’2 (fellow short girl!!) and currently 133 lbs. My starting weight was around 170, took me several years to lose 50 lbs because I wasn’t super serious about diet and exercise but eventually had finally reached my goal! UNTIL..I moved to Texas and gained 20 lbs from all the delicious barbecue and tacos 😁 so now I’m super serious about losing the weight and getting toned up. I’ve added you, so hopefully we can reach our goals together. Believe me, I know all about that relationship weight, girl! Lol.0
