    Well it has helped many many other people so it should help you. If you put your stats in and set a reasonable loss per week. Weigh and measure everything you eat. Log all your food correctly and stick to the calorie goal given by MFP then you will lose weight.

    Be patient, be consistent and trust the process.

    Check out the Success forum for inspiration. Those folks are amazing.
