Heyy everyone I am a college student at CU Boulder and I am on my way to lose weight. I have tried everything but it hasn’t worked. I am going to try paleo diet. I’d love any tips or motivation.

How are you measuring your food intake? If you aren't weighing and measuring, try it for a while. Often people who don't measure are eating more than they think they are, sometimes significantly more.0

it's not about the type of food you eat but eating at a calorie deficit. rather than go from extreme diet to extreme diet, why not eat foods you like but use a food scale and count calories?
how much do you have to loose (how tall are you what is your current/goal weight)
