Hi,
I am currently training for a 3000 m indoor race that I am about to have in 2 weeks. Do you have any recommendations what to eat to feel my best up to that day ? Also what meal plan would you suggest for someone that is training for distances up to 10 k ? Thanks.

    Are you trying to lose weight? Maintain weight? Do you have a coach? Stats? Height, weight, age, male or female?

    I am trying to lose weight and gain muscle mass, my height is 163 sm and weight is 55 kg, female. I have a running coach.

    Your coach should be your go to, no? I'm not sure you can do much in two weeks weight-wise besides deplete yourself before the race which might not be ideal, and hinder training recovery.
