Hello everyone it seems like a fun thing to do. I would like to talk about vegan cooking and see if other people are doing the same thing I'm going to put ideas out on the table and receive some new ideas myself. Please feel free to ask me questions!

For the last 8 years or so, I've been working my way through 1,000 Vegan Recipes in order. Not to say I don't repeat or flash forward if I'm looking for a specific course. But when I'm planning what to cook for the week, I always include whatever's "next". Currently in the seitan mains.7

The Forks over Knives app has hundreds of great recipes. Also www.thespruceeats.com. The beauty of plants, is that you can toss any old mess of things together.1

This is good: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1014804-one-pot-mujadara-with-leeks-and-greens
I mashed it up with my Joy of Cooking recipe for "Lentils and Rice Pilaf with Toasted Cumin Seeds".
Last time I made it, instead of the leeks, I used an onion from what looked to be a third recipe.
https://www.cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/ has a filter for vegan, as does Whole Foods. With the Advanced Search on https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes you can also filter by recipes featuring beans and legumes: https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipe/search/ ?f[0]=field_special_diet:158786&f[1]=field_recipe_main_ingredient:7891
