Hey fellow crazies! The question is relative and there is absolutely NO wrong answer. I myself love variety but here’s the last one I just did with my HIIT class! I’ll add more as the conversation goes! The below workout was 45 seconds work/15 second rest the entire workout.

Kickboxing. Fun way to beat some stress out, work out, and feel like Bruce Lee.

    So awesome!

Pyramid training runs at half marathon through 5k pace with hills. Burns so good!

Love them all! Personally I love plyo pushups. Endless amounts of variation and you can do some serious bodyweight work!

Otherwise it’s playing baseball. Still throwing in the 80s I’ll take it!

Last Fall, me (age 62) in the yellow, 72-year-old rowing buddy in pink.

I can go a little harder on a rowing machine (because I don't need to manage bladework and slide speed to avoid impromptu swimming), but on-water is a great workout and waaaaaaaay more fun.
