Hello,
In a weird way I've managed to slip into the world of keto, intermittent fasting and drinking apple cider vinegar.
The keto has lead me to download this app so I can keep an eye on my macros.
Any way the reason I am here is recently a client who I work for (I work as a fitting model for various brands, I try on clothes to make sure they fit correctly) commented after measuring me after christmas my hip had jumped up 6cm, now this client is not willing to work with me until I get my measures down.
Now my job is to stay a certain size so their fit is consistent... I need to drop down quickly.
So I've been doing the whole keto, intermittent fasting and ACV and I'm noticing my measures are coming down within a week. Although I'm suffering bad with aches in my body and feeling really lethargic anyone got any tips?

Drink a shot of dill pickle juice. Take it once or twice a day. Also get you a bottle of Mio with electrolytes and add it to your water. You’re experiencing the keto flu. It’ll pass in a couple days. Stick with it! Don’t give up😘2
