Too Many Calories

On weekends I sleep in, so start eating at lunch. I ate my husband’s homemade chicken soup, bowl of fruit and a small granola bar. I’m stuffed. But, program says I have around 200 more calories to eat. Don’t want to make myself sick. Once I get started on a diet, I’m good to stick it out. Being married to a Chinese who eats lots of fruits and vegetables helps too.

You can eat those extra calories another day. Look at your weekly target, rather than daily. A higher day and a lower day balance each other just fine.3

Don’t force it, if you aren’t hungry, listen to your body.0
