Keto struggles

Hey all- I’ve been Keto for 3 months, and I love it. Unfortunately though, my appetite is way down- so much so that I’m rarely hungry- and before I know it it’s 8 pm- I’ve only eaten 500 calories all day and I’m dizzy at the gym.

Any tips on how to stay hungry?

    Perhaps eat larger meals and less frequently. If you eat just a couple of meals of 600kcal+ each day, then you are set.

    I find drinking calories is a good way to get in extra calories. Perhaps a protein shake at the gym or extra cream in your coffee?

    Does Keto allow you to have a smoothie for breakfast? If so, you can amp them up with nuts, etc. Otherwise I agree with nvmomketo.
