Back in the Gym!

Feels SO GOOD to be back in the gym, and I'm actually pretty pleased with the progress in regaining mass that I'm seeing (see photo) after 4 months of SEVERE wasting from the Sepsis. So far in I'm beginning to see proof in my Muscle Memory Theory. Today, I'm doing an old 80's practice that, as a Kinesiologist and Strength Coach I NEVER recommend. As part of my rest day, in preparation of the beginning of my new 'Giant Sets' program, I'm "Carbo Loading." The only reason I'm doing this is that I'm reaching in my old bag of tricks to try ANYTHING to get Maas back in these bones!

Go out and make it the GREATEST week ever and, as l always...
