When you look at the list of exercises for each day are you suppose to do one of each then repeat 2 more times or do all 3 sets of an exercise and move on to the next? Thanks!

Do all 3 sets w/ a bit of rest between them. Then move to the next exercise UNLESS the exercises are grouped together as a 'superset'. In a superset you do one set of an exercise then move to the next exercise with very little rest in between.

Thanks that totally helps! She said to rest 60 seconds between exercises and there are some super sets.0
