When I started my journey in 2016, I never thought I’d get in such great shape. It has been hard! Lots of ups and downs, and trying to get myself into a healthy relationship with food. I’ve always eaten when happy, when sad, sick or not, as a way to comfort myself. This holiday season, I’ve kept my weight gain to less than 8lbs! Last year, I gained 22. Getting ready to start my after holidays lean out to get back to my best shape. Here is to a wonderfully healthy, fit 2019 for all of you! Learn to love yourself and strive for what YOU can do, don’t judge you based on others. You are unique, special and worth treating yourself well. Happy 2019 all!
