New once again and going strong

I weigh 208.2 lbs today. I am doing ok so far lost 3.5 lbs in the last wk, but am more aware of keeping a daily journal and doing daily water aerobics at a pool where we recently moved that our condo community offers. I also just joined TOPS, taking off pounds. I just needed a Grp to keep me accountable that isn’t so expensive. I am enjoying the MyFitnessPal app emensely.
