Hello

Hi there everyone. Just joined MFP yesterday. My long term goal is to lose four stone but I am concentrating on one stone at a time.
Any motivation tips?

    That’s the tip you need make it a lifestyle concentrate on making healthy choices and being active 5-6 days a week

    Was not a believer in counting calories.. 18lbs less later today..(started Nov last year) 😁

    It's a slow process.. you'll get there.
