2 years ago I joined MFP, I was in a dark place- depressed and unhappy in the way my life was heading.
2 years on- I am married, have adopted 2 rescue dogs, have a nice healthy body and love life again.
This is not my success, its My Fitness Pals success- stick with it people, its worth it in the end!
