Help Needed: Do I exercise today or not?

Hi all. I've been sick, possibly a cold, and yesterday it kicked my butt. I spent the entire day on the couch... literally. Didn't eat much and definitely didn't drink enough water. Feeling better today.
Here's the question. Do I go for my morning "Wog"? (Walk + Jog = Wog) Or do I skip it today?
I've been making good progress for the last three weeks and am worried I will ruin it by skipping today. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

You won't ruin anything by skipping a day or two. You're also going to be fine if you work out sick. This situation really is just your call.
Listen to your body. Do you think you're up for it?2 -
I suppose that it depends on how you feel. Why not start your "wog" and see how you go? You could always just walk and if that feels like it's too much then go home and try again later/tomorrow.1

My unwell exercise is to just go for a walk. And that’s only because it helps me feel better0

If your body really needs a break then take a day or two off. If it's just your brain whining then get dressed and go.2

Got dressed and went. It was an ugly "wog". Didn't accomplish everything I wanted to. With that said though, I went! Definitely a NSV and yes, I feel better.
Thank you to everyone who encouraged me.
