I work at a desk for like 200 million hours a day, and I’m not sure if I need a new chair or just do some stretches... what are some good stretches for like lower back and legs...I’m so stiff!

    I try to change my seating position as much as I can. Sometimes sitting on folded legs. Arching and hollowing your back. Tucking your knees and straightening your legs. Ankle rotations. Make sure you're not slouching, and your shoulders aren't hunched.
    If you're getting a stiff back your posture may be compromised. Try a lumbar support to keep you more upright.
