I've seen many different work outs and am not sure on the best ones but this looks good to me:

I try to change my seating position as much as I can. Sometimes sitting on folded legs. Arching and hollowing your back. Tucking your knees and straightening your legs. Ankle rotations. Make sure you're not slouching, and your shoulders aren't hunched.
If you're getting a stiff back your posture may be compromised. Try a lumbar support to keep you more upright.2
