Food search not working

Is anyone else unable to search for foods that are not already in your history? Even when I try to scan barcodes it says "Sorry but we couldn't find a match"

I have the same problem. It was working yesterday but not today.

Same here. Only the barcode search is working, the keyword search returns an awkward error “offline mode”. I tried on the app and the website, both are not working.

I’m having the same problem since the update earlier today. Plus it says I’m in “offline mode” even though I’m logged in and connected to the internet.

Hi there,

Our apologies for the issues. Starting today (January 23rd) around 2:30pm, we started to receive reports that the Food Search was down for all users, and that offline and server errors were appearing in the apps. We are currently investigating the issues and working on a fix.
