Hello,
I have been on a bad track of steady weight gain. I am looking for a workout partner preferably male for weight lifting a couple days a week in Austin. I have an apartment gym or a group. If not just general support always helps. Any good recipe types is helpful. I travel a few days a week so on the go health is very helpful. Looking to lose 40 and gain back some strength.
