I’m a 6 foot male, and I officially weighed 285 pounds in August of 2017, and closer to 300 at the beginning of the summer. Now I’ve officially lost 100 pounds (but probably more), and I weighed about 183 in the middle of December. I decided to take a Winter break hiatus and enjoy myself while off of college, while still trying not to absolutely gorge myself. Now it’s close to the end of January, I gained about 2 pounds over the break, which is understandable due to the change in diet. But now I’ve just started tracking my calories again and being more active in the gym. Let’s shave off a couple more pounds fellas.

Keep it up. Two pounds gained is nothing when you think about the 100 you've lost so far.0
