    My name is Donna. I am 58 years young, 5’ 5” tall and from the Midwest.

    I will also be weighing on the 1st and last day of the month for a full monthly account.

    February starting weight – 186.9
    February goal – 181.0
    Ultimate goal – 145.0

    February 01 - 186.9 I finally found the challenge on Feb 15 and referred to my log for weights. I didn’t see a link to the new at the end of the old one. The search engine was no help either. I even tried under the hosts name! I hope a link will be provided in the future. Sorry I’m late folks but nice to see you all again!

    I should be upset because I meet my goal for the month but I stayed under calories all week so not sure why the scale didn't move this week. I will try to up my water intake. Maybe that will help

    These pictures were taken 2 weeks apart this month!

    All the success stories and struggles have helped me stick with it and gave me faith to keep logging and working even when the scale doesn't move!

    I've had days this month I went over calorie and I enjoyed them not regrets! We should enjoy our moments even on a journey of weight loss! A few days a month you don't have a perfect day that's ok!

    Last 3 days of the month and this challenge. Let’s make it count. Sometimes life happens, it doesn’t go the way we plan it and it’s okay to pick it all back up and start again.
    This month so far has been just okay for me, not where I planned to be but slowly getting there I think.
    Last February weigh in this Thursday.
    Can’t wait to see all the results, some of you have made great progress.

    Hi my weigh in days will be Wednesday. I am looking to be at 140 by May. My second oldest graduates high school and that time last year when my oldest graduated I was at my very heaviest. So about 7-8 pounds to go.

    Starting weight: 178
    January ew: 148.5
    Goal: 145

    Feb 1: 147.6 (down .9) nice drop for the first day of the month. Wanted it yesterday, but will take it today.
    Feb 6: 15.1 (up 2.6) haven't done well at all this week. Struggling a little bit to get back in the swing of things this year. Next week we are on vacation and really wanted to be lower before then.
    Feb 13: In Vegas! No scale
    Feb 20: 154.4 (up 5.9) After 10 days on vacation I gained 12 pounds! Way to much fun I guess. I am down 5 pounds in 4 days, so I assume the other 7 will continue to fall off, but not going to lose anything this month for sure!
    Feb 27: 152.5 (up 4) I'm kind of just in limbo. Holding onto lots of water and bloat. TOM decided to show up as soon as we got back from vacation. I always hold on to 3-4 pounds until the last couple of days. So probably will end this month with a gain! Water gain, but a gain.
