Returning after a years absence.

Hello all. I'm back after a long absence of about a year. A touch year, but back with a plan that is now 2 1/2 weeks in the running.
Any Diet or Anarobic (Weight Training) for someone who is 59?
(Doing every-other day a 2.5 - 3.5 power walk with added 20lbs)
