2175 calories. Is that a calorie deficit for you? Do you like those foods?
I wouldn't ever do a "diet plan". I eat the foods I like, hitting my calorie target and making sure I get my protein in. That's it.6 -
Nothing about that looks appealing nor sustainable, never mind appropriate for me. I'm fine doing my own thing.6

I like all those foods, but would rebel if told to eat them like that. It seems unnecessarily full of "clean" or "super" foods. If you like quinoa, eat quinoa. But rice or potatoes are fine and lots cheaper. (I am aware you can chose from a list, but those are the examples given.)
Also, they suggest avocado as the fat to pair with kale? Blech. (At this time I have kale as my avatar. I grow it and eat it late spring - early fall. But pairing it with avocado? )3 -
yeah- ditto on the "ew.. why?"0

Read through this thread, OP. It's better than any diet plan.

I'm guessing this is phase 1 of the sales scheme. If, after 6 months, you haven't made any progress, there's a phase 2 that involves IF for pear-shaped body types.11

that just sounds all kinds of horrible.
but have fun with that.0 -
I'm still not clear on the premise of this thread. Is this meant for others to critique the plan for you? Or, is it a suggestion to others?1

Well... I'd lose weight, that's for sure. Kale and quinoa are both firmly on my 'do not like' list.4 -

This is part of her sales pitch:
My nutrition plan doesn't include any substances that promote adrenal fatigue or spur excess cortisol release.
When carbs are cut completely from someone's diet, the body will cling to them and store them as fat the moment they're reintroduced.

NO
Double NO.
I just saw the part of the plan where you top your fake pancakes with a tablespoon of coconut oil.

The fact that the first line has "cheater" and "guilt free" is a turn off from the get go. You shouldn't need to feel that you aren't cheating or guilty because of the variety of foods you enjoy. That's not a mentality I would push for when choosing a sustainable way of eating. Establishing good habits, such as logging, weighing, etc...yes. Food is not a punishment that you need to eat certain "guilt free" foods in order to have a quote on quote healthy lifestyle. Eat the foods you like, just make sure you are adequately fitting it in with the goal MFP set for you.
That's just me anyways...5 -
Eating the same thing 3 times a day + otherwise the protein powder/other products they want to sell you. Doesn't seem sustainable to me. And it's probably much more expensive than a normal diet with the same macros.3

The only thing I could eat daily on this plan would be the apple and peanut butter. I would die eating Kale, quinoa, chicken and not a fan of pancakes.. make it a golden crispy waffle with syrup and butter and we have a winner.1

It's apparently National Peanut Butter day. So now I want a golden crispy waffle topped with peanut butter, maple syrup and raspberries. Mmmmmm, so good...7 -

I don't know. I would maybe go for the bacon on the side. There is something magical to me about warm, drippy peanut butter, syrup and fresh raspberries.2
