I’m just here to lose a few pounds I go to the gym as much as I can and I’m small so 5 extra pounds is like 20 pounds to me . I’m currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. Seems like losing 10 pounds is really hard I know there’s others out there like me that understand.

You can do it! Track your food! Limit your fat and carbs! High protein should help you! Don’t be too heavy on cardio! Lifting weights helps too!2

Yes, the last 5-10 lbs is difficult and slow. Because you will lose in small increments, it can easily hide on the scale behind water weight fluctuations, so you probably won't see the scale go down every week. You just have to trust the process.
And there are no foods or macros you must limit to lose weight. Just log accurately and consistently and learn which foods fill you up and which foods are a waste of calories as you go, because it will be different for everyone.
