Hi guys!
I see a lot of posts of people on loosing weight but what about gaining?
I’m currently gaining weight, current weight 190lbs, aiming for 200lbs. I’m 6ft 6 with an extremely fast metabolism and a very active job so all the more harder!
Using MyFitnessPal, my goal per day is 3640 cal broken down into
386 carb
200 protein
120 fat
Right now I'm consuming around 4000-4500 calories a day with all the goals above achieved!
Are you gaining weight? What are your goals?
I’m completely open to certain foods you may eat that help meet these goals? Meal prep ideas?

Hi. Yea I’m trying to gain. I am 6’1” 150lbs. I was 180# just 2 years ago but lost weight from a poor diet and over working. I’m 49 years old and need that weight on for my heath and now I look skinny I want my big status back not tall and skinny. Im eating everything I can. I’m drinking the protein powder milkshakes and what ever else I fit in my belly. Any tips would be appreciated.1

I'm in the same type of job.. I was eating 4000 to 4500 a day.
My snacks would of been 100g mixed nuts and raisins get them from Tesco in a pre mixed bag and i added two squares on dark chocolate, just to kill the dry taste of the nuts and an apple.. Think that was around 700kcal maybe abit more.
I would of ate a whole tub of Greek yogurt before bed 500g with bluerries
My dinner was the killers but over time got easy, I would of made double so I could have one for lunch at work.. for example dinner was 250g 5% fat mince, 125g uncooked pasta plus sauce and then double for lunch.
Lunch I had my dinner and had a portion of mixed nuts and raisins 60g or so
Breakfast I would of had 100g oats, just ate them cold with milk and made my own fat shake that was around 700kcal..
