I don’t want to keep having to delete my exercise multiple times a day bc it keeps adding my steps and calories to my allowed amt. I have clicked disconnect multiple times a day. It disconnects but not permanently. Any idea how to do this or at least how to not track in terms of adding it to the calories?

I just linked mine back up due to this discussion here.

I admit I don't have it all figured out yet, but it's getting there.
Your question though, I went to (on the phone app) apps/devices and simply disconnected. If that's giving you trouble, log into your fitbit portal and deny mfp access. That should do it.1
