Any have recipe for breakfast that low carbs but keep you full until lunch time?

Egg frittatas! Make a bunch and freeze. Just pop it in the microwave and you're good to go. You can put all sorts of things in them, like herbs, cheese, turkey bacon, etc.
Here's an easy example2 -
Omelette...fried eggs...scrambled eggs. Side of bacon or ham or sausage.0
