Phen, lipo-vite... Yet I'm gaining weight!!?

I'm on a 1500 calorie diet. Drinking a lot of water. Been on phentermine a couple weeks and been taking two lipo-vite injections twice a week for a couple weeks.
Swimming twice a week. Phen has worked for me before! What's causing me to gain weight? About a pound a week. A few ounces over.

Are you weighing everything you eat? And counting all liquids and oils?4

How are you measuring your intake, do you use a food scale? How long has it been? I'm not sure what lipo vite is but I know phentermine is simply an appetite suppressant but still requires a deficit.5

In addition to weighing your food (mentioned above), I noticed that you do tend to consume some high salt foods (in the form of fast food). This doesn't cause actual weight gain, but it could be causing you to retain water and masking any weight loss. Also keep in mind that weight loss drugs are generally appetite suppressants, and don't "cause" weight loss, so looking at your intake is still the most important part.6

Its been a couple of weeks, daily fluctuations especially being female are going to happen.
That said, your diary doesn't show 'weighed' entries using a food scale. Log your exercise and eat a portion of those back, this gives you a few more calories to eat as I saw a couple of notes on your diary that said you were going over you intake (I couldn't tell if you did or didn't and just didn't log it)
Get a food scale, log everything. Include condiments, oils, pads of butter... anything you add to or cook your food with, etc..4 -
I notice you don't have any food logged for Sunday. It really is best if you log each day and especially if you ate over your calories for some reason.
Here is a thread on logging accuracy that might help:

It is very common to have the bathroom scale reflect new lows after prolonged periods. I often have to wait 3 weeks and during that time my scale weight may increase or hover. You lose weight each day you are in a deficit but that loss is very often masked by normal water and some waste weight fluctuations.
Here is a site that explains fluctuations:

While you are waiting for a new low it is very important to be logging your food correctly and usually this means weighing your solid foods on a food scale. Confirming you are in a deficit and knowing you are absolutely going to get a new lower weight in time can help while you are stuck waiting.6
