Hey all, Name is Brian. Most call me BOK. I've dabbled with this for some time, but am starting to take it quite seriously for the first time. The motivator being that scale. At 400 pounds, it time for a huge change. I owe it to myself, my child, my wife, and my patients. I hope to meet some of yas here and there, and to make the journey with you along the way. ~Cheers

You looked up one day and noticed how darned easy it was to get to 400.
Truth is, it's just as easy to get to 180. Weigh your food. Log your food. Stay honest about your food.1 -
