Hi, I’m Stephanie. I started about 7 years ago with my weight loss journey.. I ended up losing a total of 85 lbs in just under a year. I stopped because I fell into old habits and was sick of feeling deprived of food I love. I ended up gaining about 40 of those pounds back over the years and am now on track again.. losing roughly 20 lbs this past month! I am at it with a different mindset this time, and I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself or overworking my body! And it’s totally working! I also added in a “cheat day” where I don’t eat unhealthy.. but I just don’t worry about counting calories. And it’s been boosting my weight loss like crazy!
I am looking for friends to motivate me and keep me on track, and I will absolutely do the same!
I’m curious.. How have cheat days worked for you?

I really like your cheat day idea, I think I may try that. I once lost 30lbs by counting my calories and walking. I was 8lbs away from 130lbs. Stress, donuts, etc brought it all back plus more. As of today I now have 53 more lbs to go.
