Goals for Carbohydrate limitations

Is there a way to obtsin the total carbohydrates in foods being considered for advance meal planning?

    Yes, log the food and look at it. Delete it if you decide against it. Two clicks.

    I often prelogging meals and then tweak portions or swap out foods to get more in line with my calorie and macro goals.
