Hi I am Lamia ! New year new resolution starting f45 8 weeks challenge on the 4/02 .Is there anyone who is doing it too?

    I’m starting the challenge too! I have done F45 for over a year but this is the first time I’ve done a challenge, I’m very nervous as there’s a lot of prep involved! Really disappointed by my pre-challenge scan results so hopefully that will keep me motivated! Let’s smash it 💪
