I am 135lbs. My goal weight is 165lb. My problem is that I do not want to gain weight by piging out. Any suggestions on how to gain weight by eating healthy ?

Define "pigging out"
Define "eating healthy"
I'm guessing your personal definitions of those terms preclude eating enough calories to gain weight, so you may have to adjust how you think about this. If you are unhealthy because you're underweight (you don't mention your height so no way for us to know), eating food that prevents you from reaching a healthy weight or from getting needed nutrients is not "healthy," no matter how well the foods you eat align with some definition of "healthy" foods.0
