Low Carb Chicken Recipe

I made this low carb chicken dinner last week, my kids are asking for it again. I make pasta for them as a side dish and salad for me & hubby.

I make a similar sauce without the paprika. However, I have mushrooms in mine and pour the sauce over zucchini spirals.

Interesting recipe; thank you for posting. I wonder if half and half or coconut milk could be used instead of heavy cream. I don't do well with a lot of fat.

Gisel2015, i've used half and half and it's delicious but i've never made with coconut milk. I'll try that at some point or maybe i'll create a whole new recipe that uses coconut milk.

Well half and half is good too because is less fatty than heavy cream, so I shall try it

There was another recipe in the link that you posted called "Creamy Spinach and Mushrooms chicken," that sounded good too. Heavy cream was also one of the ingredients, so if half and half works for the Parmesan one, it may work for the spinach-chicken recipe too. They both seem easy to make and that is what I like.
