    I thought you were supposed to put a splash of coke in it and I don't know what liquor goes in them. But hey if it taste good and you're enjoying it that's what matters! I'm trying to limit myself to one glass of wine tonight instead of a bottle...

    That's okay. No worries here. The above is the LI iced tea basics. But with all the different flavors of tequila and rums out there, I'm sure that can make a huge difference.

    An oversight on my part. I will add a little coke if someone has already opened one. I don't drink soft drinks, so I can't just take a few ounces and throw the rest of the can away.

    Nobrtheless; the LI iced tea recipe does call for it.
